With only 6.4% of Fortune 500 companies run by female CEOs, everyone wonders: what will help more women get to the top?  Powered by the Rockefeller Foundation, Korn Ferry researched the women at the top: 57 CEOs of major companies, using in-depth interviews, assessments, and research to see how they got there and how other women can follow suit.

The study led to a series of observations shedding serious insight into what the women at the top have in common and the traits among the women who want to get there but haven't gotten there yet.  Learn from the leader of the study and her colleague about how our companies can help motivate women to want to be CEO, identify potential, and provide the support and roles needed to set women in our pipeline up for success.
